By downloading or using Vibedock ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Vibedock on the number of Macs specified by your plan (1, 2, or 3). This license is for your own personal or professional use.
You may not:
Vibedock includes a 3-day free trial from the date of first launch. All features are available during the trial. After the trial period ends, a license is required to access certain features.
Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. All purchases are in USD. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee — if you're not satisfied, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
You may deactivate your license on one Mac and activate it on another, up to the activation limit of your plan. You may not transfer your license to another person.
Your license includes all future updates to the current major version of Vibedock. We reserve the right to release new major versions as separate paid upgrades, though existing customers will receive preferential pricing.
Vibedock requires macOS 13 Ventura or later. We make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility with new macOS versions, but cannot guarantee compatibility with future operating system releases.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date above.
